I’ve been traveling a lot lately, mostly because I finally moved to Paris with my boyfriend in our new flat, thus I always carry a bunch of makeup in my bag. Because you know, I might run into George Clooney in the streets and need a little bit more mascara. The purple faux-crocodile makeup bag is from Hera, I believe it was part of their limited 2014 or 2015 collection but I’m not sure.
I always carry around a few q-tips, just in case my eyeliner smudges or if a touch-up goes wrong.
For eyeshadows I’ve been using the Laneige Pure Radiant Shadows palette from their 2014 collection in the shade Urban Beige. My new favorite mascara never leaves my side and it’s the Hera Generlash in shade black. For eyeliners I always keep the 3CE Creamy Waterproof Eyeliner in shade Zorro (matte black), though I never need to use it outside since it doesn’t smudge at all, and the Innisfree Gel Liner in shade Pink Champagne for my inner corners.
As I have dry skin I usually don’t need to touch-up my foundation or cc cream throughout the day, but I still like to carry around one or two cushions just in case something happens. The Hera Ultra Moisture Cushion can be worn on top of a foundation and illuminates the skintone, while the Innisfree Water Glow Cushion provides intense moisture. For highlighting I use the Etude House Play 101 Stick in shade Rose Gold, and since it doesn’t always last all day long on my skin I like to reapply it throughout the day. Since I do not wish to carry brushes in my makeup bag I prefer using a cream blusher. It’s easy to use and the Mineral Cream Blusher by Innisfree in shade Sweet Peach provides a gorgeous pop of color and blends seamlessly very easily. I also usually carry around my YSL Touche Eclat Blur Perfector but I forgot to take it out of my makeup bag.
No lipstick lasts more than two or three hours on my lips thus I always have to reapply them throughout the day. I always carry around my three lipsticks, Seoulista by Hera (a warm coral-pink), and Rouge Volupté Pink In Paris & Pink In Confidence by YSL. I also carry around a lip primer to lighten my natural lip color and a lipbalm for moisturizing my extremely dry lips by Laneige.
